To guarantee this, all designs and products created by us are protected by patent all over Europe from the very beginning. Therefore, we work together with a well-known law firm that gives us support to obtain, assert, and maintain trade mark rights.

Every infringement of our trade mark rights is immediately and without advance notice reported to the police.

If any infringement of our trade mark rights draws your attention, we ask you to inform us using our contact form so that we can take the necessary steps.

This rigorous approach against such "duplicators" is supposed to protect you as customer to not purchase products of low quality.

Our original SRS- TEC products have the following distinguishing characteristics:

Green "Original SRS-TEC Part" sticker with an indication of the month of the manufaction
- SRS-TEC type plate
- Sticker " Attention!" notice of lacquering on the surface
- SRS-TEC 3D emblem to attach in the provided recess after the lacquering
- SRS - TEC opinion on the car parts or on the material

The copying of one or more of these distinguishing characteristics is an infringement of the copyright and will be punished as criminal offense.

Currently, you can purchase the SRS-TEC products only directly in our shop. We will create a list of all trade partners and foreign distributions which have the right to distribute our products
If you spot our products in another shop or in online auction houses, we ask you to inform us.
